AP Consulting specializes in Human Resources (HR) equity audits: we will examine your organization’s policies, practices and procedures through an equity lens to create a detailed recommendations report. The report will provide insight into the organizational culture and recommendations to further your organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. The report will also provide actionable items that can create an immediate impact as well as guidance on how to create impact for the long term.
HR Audits typically include:
An audit/review of HR policies, practices and procedures (e.g., employee handbook, onboarding process, performance evaluations, recruiting and hiring processes).
One-on-one interviews with key personnel.
A detailed recommendations report with strategic and operational recommendations.
A debrief/strategy meeting to discuss results and next steps.
