“I loved working with Andrea! Andrea guided our org through a first ever equity analysis with care, expertise, and kindness. She was a true partner to all parties, and she was open and flexible when our team needed a bit more support. The tools we learned will not be forgotten and we look forward to continue [sic] our working relationship.”

“Andrea is amazing! I'm grateful we were able to connect early in our Human Resources Equity journey for Better Health Together.

Her efforts challenged us, inspired us and ultimately helped our board pass a best practice, equity informed Employee Handbook and compensation packages. I'd highly recommend her coaching and consulting support.”

“I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Andrea! Doing an equity analysis can be daunting, and from the moment I met Andrea, my perspective switched from being in a place of overwhelm to being in a place of openness and possibility. Andrea helped us to see the power dynamics that were inadvertently at play in our organization, while leaving us encouraged and motivated. She approaches her work with conviction, but also with balance, approachability, and care and compassion for all stakeholders. We’re looking forward to continuing our work with her!”
